The teeth are made by temperature extrusion technology. The temperature is extruded at a metal recrystallization temperature. The forming temperature is about 800-900 degrees Celsius. In this temperature range, the metal no longer produces oxidation and grain length. Large forging defects can occur in the process of deformation and recrystallization, accompanied by partial normalizing process, which can significantly change the metallographic structure of the tooth body, refine the grain and improve the impact toughness of the teeth.
